Awakened Alchemy offers a unique blend of yoga and energetic healing to bring greater balance and harmony to the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body. Participants are invited to become aware of the subtle energies that exist within through a four-week, introspective journey into the chakras. Through this series, you will explore your own energetic centers through yoga asana, pranayama, meditation and self-guided practices in addition to receiving energy healing from Olivia. The asana practice will feature restorative and yin postures in addition to a variety of yogic kriyas informed by kundalini and kriya yoga.
As energy moves within the body through asana and pranayama, students will explore how energetic healing practices can facilitate deeper healing and greater self-awareness. The energetic healing therapy is facilitated with heart-centered intention with the optional use of light touch or hands near the body. This practice helps clear, balance and energize the human energy system.
Olivia Flood, RYT200, is yoga teacher and an Ayurvedic Energy Healing & Healing Touch practitioner. This workshop series is open to all levels of yoga practice and for those who are interested in exploring the human energy system - no previous experience is required.
