Healium HIIT is a spirited fitness studio offering HOT HOT HIIT classes in Bay View, MKE! All levels welcome. Healium HIIT strives to offer our community a place that is full of light and laughter, where students of all levels can come together to move, sweat, and feel good. Healium HIIT with our sister studios, Healium Hot Yoga Bay View and West Allis and Healium Restore, are here to help you find your bliss and balance.

Healium HIIT - Bayview is located in the big grey building on the west side of KK (just across from our friends at Ormson Supply) at 2865 Kinnickinic, right next to Brewery Credit Union

Healium HIIT classes are a challenging 45 minute full body workout done in a room heated to about 90+ degrees, you are guaranteed to sweat buckets! You will work through a series of exercises using body weight, dumbbells, and resistance bands (and lots of cardio!) with movements ranging from simple to complex. (We encourage everyone to take classes at their own pace.) We’ve curated thoughtful playlists for classes with music ranging from punk to pop and everything in between for high energy, spirited, and FUN workouts.

PLEASE NOTE: Clean gym shoes are required for Healium HIIT.

PREPARING FOR CLASS

  • Come to class feeling hydrated! Try to avoid eating a heavy meal within two hours of class, but make sure you have some fuel in your body! Some nuts, granola/protein bars, fruit, and crackers with hummus are some great options.

  • All levels are welcome, please make sure to take it easy your first several classes as you get used to the heat.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Mat (mats are available at the studio for rent)

  • Clean gym shoes

  • Towel (towels are available for rent)

  • Water bottle (we have free water for refills)

WHAT TO WEAR

Be prepared to sweat in the clothes you wear. It is helpful to wear clothes designed for sports activities and sweating. Comfortable exercise clothes, clean gym shoes (We ask that people change out of their street shoes before entering the studio)

NEW STUDENTS

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to fill out a waiver and get acquainted with the studio.
