This interactive class will strip poses down to let you look under the hood and examine how to best access them in your body. Our vinyasa classes are all top notch, but often may not leave enough time to stop and absorb all of the cues.

This class will create the space to feel like a workshop, but at the same cost of a traditional class. Once a month we will meet, share, and discover depths to a different pose and learn how to reach the next level in your practice.
