Hey spiritual yogi friends, have you ever celebrated the full moon? The Flower Moon represents the beauty in change, growth and fertility; reminding us that we can and should bloom right where we are planted. This year the full moon occurs during a lunar eclipse, intensifying nature’s energy while calling us to be strong to examine our own vulnerabilities. We will move through a 90 minute practice blending together different types of yoga practices in honor of the full moon. Expect to practice energizing moon salutations as well as a relax with yin, and yoga nidra. The intention of this workshop is to remind ourselves to manifest our creativity in personal, professional and relationship goals. This moon will impact all zodiac signs, but especially Scorpio and Taurus!
* We will be making moon water; please bring a jar, and a rock or crystal.
