Hello seekers of the cosmic divine, have you ever celebrated the full moon? The Harvest Moon is one of the lowest, biggest, and brightest all year; illuminating the path to your truest self. It’s no surprise this moon calls us to let go of indecision and get to work. It represents the deep desire for balance in your life. Can we harness this cosmic energy to look inward at our own scale?
Expect a physical practice of energizing Moon Salutations and relaxing yin, as well as a guided meditation, and end with a journaling exercise and hot tea. The intention of this workshop is to allow this bright moon to illuminate our shadows, allowing us to be our truest, most authentic selves. Allow yourself to pursue the abundance you deserve! This moon will impact all zodiac signs, but especially Aries and Libra. Hope to see you on your mat, under the Harvest Moon!
