**Meet at Healium HIIT at 6:30 am**
Attention early risers, holiday travelers and Thanksgiving hosts! If you’ve ever wanted to Turkey Trot but haven’t been able to find the time in the day, join us early on Thanksgiving morning for the first annual HOT HOT TROT, a non competitive 5k through Bay View. Don’t miss your chance to get outside and moving before festivities begin and if you’re feeling up for it, stick around after for the 7:30am class! Space in class is limited so sign up in advance.
This 5k is open to everyone. All fitness levels welcome! This is a free event but we would like you to sign up so that we may contact you if it is cancelled due to weather.
