Hey spiritual yogi friends, have you ever celebrated the full moon? Maybe had trouble transitioning from the warmth of summer to the long winter? If so please join me, Senta, in this 90 minute Full Moon celebration workshop at Healium Restore. We will practice on the Hunter’s Moon (aka the Blood Moon). Together let’s create and release some fiery-energy; to stand up for ourselves and take back our power as we transition into cold weather. Expect to learn fun transitions between asanas, release your inner hunter warrior, build inner fire through pranayama, and rest via yoga nidra. Please wear orange to represent this amazing moon!
