Join Joan in this yoga class benefiting the selected organization. Joan offers a beautiful, slowly paced flow class with offered modifications to make class accessible to all body types.
100% of the proceeds will be donated to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee. Big Brothers Big Sisters create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. Big Brothers Big Sisters provides "best in class" one-to-one youth mentoring services to children facing adversity in Milwaukee and Waukesha counties. Through strong one-to-one relationships with caring volunteer mentors, youth achieve:
1. Educational success
2. Avoidance of risky behavior
3. Social and emotional development
All levels are welcome.
