Dive deeper into your practice with live music! Join Dovekeeper (aka Yonat Piva) on Sunday November 3rd from 2:30-4:00 pm at Healium Restore! She will create soundscapes and songs that will feed your heart and inspire your soul.

We will begin with a rhythmic slow flow, move into heart opening Yin postures and enjoy a deep and restful savasana. The improvised musical journey may include percussion, acoustic soulful guitar, live looping, chanting, and singing.

All levels are welcome.
