This workshop will be held at our Healium Restore location - 435 E Lincoln
Are you ready to relax and let go of stress? Participants will start their healing journey with some short, light breathwork and then you just sit or lie on a yoga mat with a pillow and a blanket or anything else you would like to bring to make yourself comfortable. Simply relax and take in the beautiful sounds and vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, an ocean drum and a gong. With nothing to do and no one to be, you can enjoy the rejuvenating effects of sound healing!
