This Spring Equinox practice is an opportunity to practice a variety of different yoga components in a 2-hour class. The theme of the class is spring awakening, balance, and a warming of the soul. You can expect a gentle yoga asana, breathwork, meditation, and restorative asana. Registration includes a mala bracelet that you take with you after class to continue your practice. All levels are welcome.
