A special practice in honor of the spring season. This class will start with a candlelight yin practice, followed with being led through a yoga Nidra practice. Yin will consist of poses being held for 3-5 minutes to stretch the connective tissues in our body and focus on intentional breathing. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation, also known as "yogic sleep" that will invite you to find relaxation throughout your entire physical body.
Join us for a special evening in the studio honoring ourselves in the rebirth of spring energy.
