Disclaimer: This is not a therapy group nor a substitute for psychotherapy. However, Alli is happy to chat about therapy resources after class.

About Alli: Alli Lane graduated from Boise State University in 2022 with her Master’s in Social Work. During her online program she moved to Milwaukee from Talkeenta, Alaska and began her work as a crisis clinician with Milwaukee’s Crisis Resource Center. Alli also provides individual and group psychotherapy with The Therapeutic Workshop. Alli takes a special interest in treating clients with anxiety due to her own journey with anxiety and phobias. Outside of work, Alli enjoys sunshine, biking, yoga, and listening to podcasts about music.

About Pam: Pam Nelson has 15+ year’s experience teaching everything from moderately paced vinyasa flow to chill, meditative yin. She strongly believes that asana is a gateway to personal embodiment and healing. Her balanced classes are rooted in functional training concepts with an aim to unravel dysfunctional daily movement patterns on the mat. Class sequences provide a thoughtful mix of traditional postures as well as atypical, variable movements. You will be encouraged to feel, breathe, explore, laugh, and honor your own personal practice. Modifications and variations are always offered. All bodies and levels of experience are welcome.

**While this is a FREE class, space is limited. No-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a $15 fee. Please email info@healiumhotyoga.com if you have questions, concerns, or an emergency that prevents you from attending.
