Hey spiritual yogi friends, have you ever celebrated the full moon? Maybe you’ve had trouble transitioning from the business of the end and are craving some space tp slow down this New Year. If so please join me, Senta in this 90 minute full Moon celebration workshop at Healium Restore. We will practice for 90 minutes on Friday, January 6th inside, but under the Wolf Moon at 6:30pm. Expect to practice energizing Moon Salutations as well as a relax with yin, and yoga nidra. The intention of this workshop is to balance out work and life stressors; release your inner hunger through self-reflection and honor the positive relationships in your wolf pack. This moon will impact all zodiac signs, but especially Cancer and Capricorns!
