Class is outdoors, weather permitting. Please dress comfortably and consider bringing layers. Bring your own yoga mat & water bottle. There is no bathroom at the park so please be sure to use the bathroom before arriving. This is a free event offered in collaboration w/ 8 Branches Chinese Medicine, donations are welcome
