Join Becky for Deep Rest: Yoga Nidra for Growing Joy at Healium Restore on Friday March 14th from 6:00-7:15 pm.
What is joy? What does it mean to us? Do we believe we are worthy and that we be more present for it? In this month’s Nidra session we will write intentions on growing our joy, then lie down for Nidra practice and envision inviting in and embracing joy.
All levels are welcome.
