Our Yoga Teacher Trainees are co-teaching Karma classes during the month of May!

Join Caitlin, Kylie and Sineigh on Sunday May 18th from 1:00-2:00pm at Healium Hot Yoga-Bay View for class that will celebrate and honor that we are all nature. Now is the opportunity to bloom into our full expression as are the trees, flowers & critters! Blossom with us in this spring themed class where we will begin as a seed resting on the earth. We will sprout into standing & balancing poses. Growing stronger through every flow to find our inner strength, stability, and flexibility. This class will include plenty of slower, intentional movements with occasional longer holds. We will also spend time on breath and meditation to fully ground into intention. Come ready to embrace abundance & inspiration heading into the summer.

Class is open to all levels, including beginners. We will offer variations of poses to help everyone practice safely and comfortably regardless of experience level.

Donate $5, $10, $15, $20 or more — all donations will be put towards Healium’s Yoga Teacher Training Scholarship Fund, established to help fund the tuition of one teacher trainee per YTT session from an under-represented demographic in the yoga teacher community.
