Whether we notice it or not, we - and the world we live in - in constantly transforming. Join Cassie and Olivia, two students who are consciously making the transformation through the teaching of Prana and asana, blending the healing empowerment of breath while transforming the body and mind through movement. Their wish is to empower your thoughts as you move through your own journey in this season where our world transforms.

This class will not be heated.

Donate $5, $10, $15 or $20 — all donations will be put towards Healium’s Yoga Teacher Training Scholarship Fund, established to help fund the tuition of one teacher trainee per YTT session from an under-represented demographic in the yoga teacher community.
