YTT Karma Class: Heart Opening Yoga w/Jordynn & Kim

Our Yoga Teacher Trainees are co-teaching Karma classes during the month of May!

Join Jordynn and Kim on Saturday May 4th from 1:00-2:00 pm for a yoga flow focused on self-love and heart-opening.

Kim and Jordynn are current YTT students that bonded over walks to local Bayview shops, cozy socks and the joy and love they have felt since starting YTT in September. Join them for a class that is all about self-love and compassion. In our busy day to day lives it is difficult to stop and give ourselves the love and care that we deserve. We often find ourselves giving love and care to others and forget to give it to ourselves. Come join Kim and Jordynn for an hour practice that will leave you feeling cared for and loved. You will have a chance to ground yourself and provide self-love through movement, heart openers, and meditation. Don’t forget your cozy socks!

Donate $5, $10, $15, $20 or more — all donations will be put towards Healium’s Yoga Teacher Training Scholarship Fund, established to help fund the tuition of one teacher trainee per YTT session from an under-represented demographic in the yoga teacher community.
