KARMA Class: Second Hand Purrs
Join Bethany at Healium Hot Yoga on Friday November 17th at 5:45 pm for a one hour All-Levels Gently Heated Flow! 100% of the proceeds to benefit Second Hand Purrs Cat Shelter, an all-volunteer, non-profit, no-kill cat shelter.
In this all levels flow, students will be given opportunities to link breath with movement. There will be an emphasis on the exploration of foundational postures and vinyasas. The organization, Second Hand Purrs, is near and dear to Bethany’s heart since it is where two of her three cats are from!
