KARMA Class: Guitars for Vets

Join Mica on Friday February 10th from 5:45-6:45 pm at Healium Hot Yoga for a Karma Class! 100% of the proceeds from this gently heated 60 minute class - which will combine Power, Slow Flow and Restorative yoga - will benefit Guitars for Vets (G4V). 

Over the past twelve years, Guitars for Vets has refined a guitar instruction program aimed at providing Veterans struggling with physical injuries, PTSD, and other emotional distress a unique therapeutic alternative. G4V pursues its mission to share the healing power of music by providing free guitar instruction, a new acoustic guitar and a guitar accessory kit in a structured program run by volunteers, primarily through the Department of Veterans Affairs facilities and community-based medical centers.

Donations of $5, $10, $15 and $20 are welcome!
