Join us for an invigorating Yoga Mala on January 1st from 12:00-2:00pm at Healium Hot Yoga-Bay View to help ring in the New Year!
We will move together to complete 108 Sun Salutations, all linked with beautiful breath. This fun and energizing practice is a long-standing favorite of the Healium community! A great way to come together and begin the new year with intention surrounded by community.
Proceeds from this event will benefit Healium’s Yoga Teacher Training scholarship fund!
