Reiki translates to “life-force energy”, it is the belief that there is an abundant source of energy that exists in our universe. This energy is something that we all have access to, that is never ending, and always available. During a Reiki circle students will lay comfortably on their mat with the support of props. Reiki energy will be held in the space throughout the entire class. Each student will be cleansed with sage prior to arriving on their mat. Each class will be uniquely guided by the energy of the students and may include breathwork, gentle placement of hands over the body, and/or guided meditation. Please wear comfortable clothing.
All levels are welcome.
