Join us for a prenatal yoga series created for all pregnant bodies. This workshop is an offering of space to slow down to connect with yourself, your baby and a supportive community. All levels of yoga experience are welcome. Each class will offer gentle movement, energizing and strengthening flows, as well as time for meditation and discussion. *Please Note : When you sign-up & pay, you are signing up & enrolling for the 4-class series. *Please Note : Series will be canceled & refunded if less than 3 persons are enrolled.
