Sacred Healing: Solstice Renewal

Join Olivia for a Solstice Renewal on Tuesday December 17th from 6:30-8:00 pm at Healium Hot Yoga-Bay View’s Cozy Studio.

For centuries, many cultures have gathered together to celebrate the symbolic rebirth of the sun. As we gather together during this time, we will honor the rebirth that occurs within through reflection. By letting go of the old, we usher in new beginnings that embrace who we truly are. This practice will offer a sense of deep renewal and ignite healing through connection to higher source and wisdom.

Sacred Healing offers a unique blend of yoga and energetic healing to bring greater balance and harmony to the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body. Each month Olivia will guide participants through an intimate healing session themed to empower your healing and restore your energy body. Participants are invited to become aware of the subtle energies that exist within through an introspective journey into the self. In addition to energy healing offered by Olivia, you will explore your own energetic centers through gentle yoga, the breath, meditation and energetic practices that align with the theme each month.

The energetic healing therapy is facilitated with heart-centered intention with the optional use of light touch or hands near the body. This practice helps clear, balance and energize the human energy system. This practice will be guided by Olivia Flood of The Awakened Alchemy, 200-RYT, who primarily practices Ayurvedic Energy Healing and Healing Touch. This workshop series is open to all levels of yoga practice and for those who are interested in exploring the human energy system - no previous experience is required.
