Our Yoga Teacher Trainees are co-teaching Karma classes during the month of May!

Please join Amii and derria on Sunday May 21st from 3:00-4:00 pm at Healium Hot Yoga!

Amii and derria will guide you through a grounding yin yoga practice designed to bring attention and intention to your energetic and emotional body. Through asana (yoga postures), meditation, and pranayama (breathwork), awaken and balance your throat and sacral chakras, energetic centers in the body related to creativity and purpose. The throat chakra is also the energetic home to truth -- clear, confident, and honest listening and communication. The sacral chakra is connected to emotion, sensuality, desire, and joy. No previous experience with yoga or energy work required.

Lapus Lazuli (for throat chakra) or Citrine (for sacral chakra) crystals will be available to enhance your intention-setting. No purchase necessary for use during class, but crystals will be available for sale after class (provided by Jerry Becker of Healing Touch Wisconsin). 

Come as you are, but feel free to wear bright blue to engage your throat chakra or orange for your sacral chakra. See you there!

This class will not be heated.
