Our Yoga Teacher Trainees are co-teaching Karma classes during the month of May!

Please join Chelsea, Tom and Jody for a Slow Flow Vinyasa class that focuses on Karma on Sunday May 21st 1:00-2:00 pm at Healium Hot Yoga.

In this slow flow vinyasa karma class we will examine the concept of karma in relation to our yoga practice.   We will release our attachments to the perceived outcomes of practice, shifting our focus to love and compassion for ourselves and those around us. We will be moving our bodies and taking variations on surya namaskar B while honoring the power that our yoga practice has and the impact it can have on us, those around us, and the entire world.

This class will not be heated.

Donate $5, $10, $15 or $20 — all donations will be put towards Healium’s Yoga Teacher Training Scholarship Fund, established to help fund the tuition of one teacher trainee per YTT session from an under-represented demographic in the yoga teacher community.
