April showers bring May flowers! In this vinyasa flow, Anne and Savion will help you shake off the dirt and get ready for growth and blooming - an homage to our Yoga Teacher Training. As we stand tall in our learnings we prepare to take off like a bird in paradise. Ready to seize the day and what’s to come next!
