Our Yoga Teacher Trainees are co-teaching Karma classes during the month of May!

You are warmly invited to an afternoon of gentle movement and deep healing with YTT’s Jennifer and Rose on Saturday May 13th from 3:00-4:00 pm at Healium Hot Yoga. Jennifer and Rose will offer Restorative Yin Yoga and soothing breath work. Option to receive sound and energy healing during your practice. All are most welcome. 

This class will not be heated.

Donate $5, $10, $15 or $20 — all donations will be put towards Healium’s Yoga Teacher Training Scholarship Fund, established to help fund the tuition of one teacher trainee per YTT session from an under-represented demographic in the yoga teacher community.
