Join John and Sineigh on Friday May 16th from 5:45-6:45pm at Healium Hot Yoga-Bay View for Earth & Ease: an evening chakra reset.

This 60-minute grounding and rejuvenating flow designed to reset your system and support the daily shift from Vata to Kapha energy on a spring evening. Through gentle movement, restorative postures, and calming breathwork, we’ll soothe the nervous system and invite a deep sense of ease. This class focuses on harmonizing the lower chakras—root, sacral, and solar plexus—to foster stability, emotional flow, and inner strength. Aligned with the energy of renewal in mid-May, it’s a chance to release tension and reconnect with yourself. You'll leave feeling centered, nourished, and ready for restful sleep.
