Join Senta on Sunday, May 11th 6:30-8:15pm at Healium Hot Yoga-Bay View’s Cozy Studio for a Full Flower Moon workshop.

This May Full Flower Moon represents our ability to show up for our true self and respect our own unique, rebellious side. Together let’s confront deep-seated beliefs and personal patterns. Though initially uncomfortable, it is ultimately a step toward long-lasting emotional peace and freedom. Our time together includes meditation, breathwork, both calming and energizing movement, and time for discussion.

We will start our unheated, full moon ceremony with mantra, set intentions over a cup of hot tea, surround ourselves by candlelight and the aroma of essential oils. Expect to warm the body first, practice energizing Moon Salutations as well as a relaxing restorative asana, and hands-on adjustments with an extended final rest. Come prioritize what matters most during this reflective full moon; your body, intentional thoughts, timelines and relationships that mean the most. Each student will take home flowers as a reminder for our intentions to bloom! This moon will impact all zodiac signs, but especially Scorpio and Aquarius.

Mother’s Day evening and all levels are welcome!
