Our Yoga Teacher Trainees are co-teaching Karma classes during the month of May!

Join Julia and Natalie on Saturday May 10th from 1:00-2:00pm at Healium Hot Yoga-Bay View for a class focused on grounding and presence. This class puts intention and attention on svadhyaya (self-study) and will encourage you to step into the role of observer with meditation, body-scan observations, and slow movement. This class is designed for students to embrace the best within themselves by creating balance through a solid foundation, allowing you to be present in your mind and body.

Donate $5, $10, $15, $20 or more — all donations will be put towards Healium’s Yoga Teacher Training Scholarship Fund, established to help fund the tuition of one teacher trainee per YTT session from an under-represented demographic in the yoga teacher community.
