YTT Karma Class: Blossoming in Balance w/Kiera and Caroline

Our Yoga Teacher Trainees are co-teaching Karma classes during the month of May!

Join Kiera and Caroline on Friday May 10th from 5:45-6:45 pm for a Blossoming in Balance yoga class at Healium Hot Yoga Bay View.

Since May is the month when all the flowers are blooming (April showers bring May flowers). We will be leading a flow where we will blossom into some fun balancing poses that will be paired with a flower themed playlist!

***This class will not be heated***

Donate $5, $10, $15, $20 or more — all donations will be put towards Healium’s Yoga Teacher Training Scholarship Fund, established to help fund the tuition of one teacher trainee per YTT session from an under-represented demographic in the yoga teacher community.
