Our Yoga Teacher Trainees are co-teaching Karma classes during the month of May!

Please join Helen and Sarah on Saturday May 11th from 1:00-2:00 pm for an Ayurveda-inspired Spring Slow Flow yoga class Healium Hot Yoga Bay View.

Through this upbeat flow, you will be encouraged to feel into your body, tune into your ability to grow and bloom, and begin to feel ready for the beautiful summer season that’s right around the corner.
