Join us for a prenatal yoga class created for all pregnant bodies. This workshop is an offering of space to slow down to connect with yourself, your baby and a supportive community. All levels of yoga experience are welcome. Each class will offer gentle movement, energizing and strengthening flows, as well as time for meditation and discussion. Tea will be served, and our post-practice ritual will incorporate postpartum recipes, journaling and holistic support.
* Please Note: Class is $25 to attend. If you took the prenatal workshop series in October, class is $15 to attend.
